Terms & Conditions

By booking a scuba dive or renting gear with [Parrot Island Scuba Adventures] in South Florida, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

You must be:
• At least 18 years old, or accompanied by a legal guardian
• A certified diver for any gear rental or dive trip (unless enrolled in a certification course)
• Medically fit to dive (a signed medical questionnaire may be required)

2. Booking and Payment
• All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation.
• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled dive will be
eligible for a refund, minus a [Insert % or Fee] cancellation fee.
• No refunds for no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the dive time.

3. Gear Rental Terms
• Equipment must be returned in the same condition it was rented.
• Lost or damaged gear will be charged at replacement cost.
• A valid ID and certification card are required at the time of rental.

4. Assumption of Risk
Scuba diving involves inherent risks. By participating in a dive or renting gear, you:
• Acknowledge these risks
• Agree to follow all safety briefings, instructions, and dive plans
• Release [Business Name], its employees, and partners from any liability for injury, loss, or death unless due to gross negligence

5. Waivers and Documentation
• All participants must sign a standard liability waiver and medical declaration form.
• Refusal to sign required forms will result in cancellation without refund.

6. Weather and Dive Conditions
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule dives due to unsafe weather or sea conditions.
• In such cases, a full refund or credit will be offered.

7. Code of Conduct
We reserve the right to remove any participant from an activity or deny service due to:
• Unsafe behavior
• Intoxication
• Disrespectful conduct toward staff or other guests

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (logos, images, videos, text) is the property of [Parrot Island Scuba Adventures] and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in [Pompano Beach], Florida.
